I led a full redesign of Nashville Songwriters Association International’s online member portal, enhancing both usability and visual appeal for a diverse community of songwriters. The new interface streamlines access to resources, events, and collaboration opportunities, while supporting a wide range of membership features.
Major improvements include intuitive navigation for complex resources, mobile-friendly layouts, and tailored workflows for both individual members and group organizers. The refreshed design empowers members to manage profiles, connect with peers, and participate in industry programs more effectively.
